55th Reunion
The 55th Reunion turned out to be a great weekend.
There were 106 who attended the cocktail party on Friday at the Mill Street Grille, 125 at the dinner on Saturday, and 66 at brunch on Sunday, both of the latter events at The Villa. Those included 89 graduates.
Tom Walker of New Castle was elected chairman for the next five years, succeeding John Wyza of New Castle.
The 50-50 raffle was won by Arlene Bodendorfer Calhoun of New Castle. Door prizes also were handed out.
Thom Ewen, husband of Sylvia Tranquillo, was the D.J. on Saturday evening.
About 40 took the tour of the impressive, state-of-the art new high school on Saturday morning. It lasted two hours.
