Beverly Ann Nader Fraley, 79, of Edinburg passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, at the Avalon Nursing Center.

She was born Aug. 7, 1934, in New Castle to the late George A. Nader and Margaret Kovacs Nader Donaldson.

In her earlier years, Beverly was employed as a telephone operator and later as a Notary Public.

She enjoyed playing bingo and cooking, especially Syrian foods. She wrote poetry and won awards for her writings, some of which were published. 

Beverly was a member of St. Mary's Church, Mary, Mother of Hope Parish.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda A. Erikson of Stoneboro, Pa.; three sons, W. Cole Fraley and Benjamin C. Fraley, both of Hollywood, Calif., and Patrick D. Fraley of Orlando, Fla.; two brothers, George M. Nader of New Castle and Bobby E. Fraley of San Bernardino, Calif.; and a grandson, Nicholas C. Shiderly.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Walter A. Donaldson.

No calling hours were planned.

She was the 322nd classmate to walk down the aisle at graduation.
