Geraldine Anne (Novak) Donaldson, 70, of 833 Almira Ave., New Castle, Pa., died Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2005, in her home.

Born Aug. 20, 1935 in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Frank P. and Stella Buczko Novak. Her father died in 1977 and her mother in 1987.

She married Charles Donaldson March 1, 1954. He survives.

Geraldine worked at Fireman's Insurance Co. in San Francisco as a supervisor. She was a secretary at Connelly Insurance in New Castle and last worked as a secretary at Flowline Corp.

She attended New Castle Business College.

She enjoyed making arts and crafts.

She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Church.

In addition to her husband, survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law: Kimberly A. and David J. Baum of Wallingford, Pa., and Sherry and James Church and Patricia and David Papa, all of New Castle; two sons, Frank Donaldson and Craig Donaldson, both of New Castle, and 12 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Eileen Keith and Donna Kerr.

She was the 324th person to walk down the aisle at graduation.  She was a member of the Business Efficiency Club in her senior year and a member of the Y-Teens in the 11th and 12th grade.
