Paul A. Vallely, 80, of 11 King Ave. died at his home June 12, 2014.

He was born in New Castle on April 30, 1934, to the late Alex and Margaret Meehan Vallely.

Paul served in the Navy during the Korean War from 1951 to 1955. He was the owner and operator of the former Vallely Radiator and Vallely Honda for 40 years.

He was a member of Mary, Mother of Hope Parish. 

Paul is survived by his wife, Beatrice Kosciusko Vallely, whom he married April 30, 1988; a daughter, Kathleen Vallely of New Castle; a son Paul V. Vallely (Deanna) of Freedom, N.H.; a stepdaughter, Tracey (Jon) Braho of New Castle; two stepsons, Tim (Tina) Carrigan of Marianna, Pa., and Tom (Charo) of Miami; a sister and brother-in-law, Bertha and Robert Figuly of New Castle; 10 grandchildren including Victoria and Ryan Vallely of Freedom, N.H., and his beloved granddaughter, Alexis Stoner of New Castle; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his first wife, Leona "Bunny" Gierlach, and two sisters, Margaret Phillipson and Eleanor Gaughan. 

Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery.
