Tom Walker, left, and 66 other brave souls entered icy waters in Lake Arthur at Moraine State Park for the eighth annual Lawrence County Habitat for Humanity's "Douse for a House" Polar Plunge. Volunteers of Habitat for Humanity and Amateur Radio Emergency Service prepared a designated area, removing 5- to 6-inch thick ice from the lake to form the plunge pool. Water temperature was 33 degrees and above water was 21 degrees. With Tom is David Reynolds, son of the late Howard (52 classmate) and Jean Reynolds of New Castle. Tom thanks all his classmates who sponsored him.
