Polar Plunge
Tom Walker (left), a true Leaper, plunged into the icy water at Moraine State Park lake on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014, for a good cause. Pictured here with Dave Reynolds, son of Jean Reynolds, the frigid feat helped raise over $25,000 for a Lawrence County family who will receive affordable housing. It was very cold that day, having snowed in the morning. The sun did come out just in time for the plunge, but still not warm enough to spread a blanket on the shore.
